Collectionsbarbier.fr is an online sales site, which as you can see offers you old collectibles. We therefore offer you the opportunity to find products of great quality now at a price availab to all. Our products are all sent from France via our stocks. Any order placed on the www.collectionsbarbier.fr site requires the customer's knowledge and acceptance of our following terms and conditions of sale:
Preamble
The site is the property of our company in its entirety, as well as all the rights associated with it. All reproductions, either complete or partial, are systematically subject to the permission of the owners. However, hypertext links to the site are allowed without specific requests.
Introduction
Collectionsbarbier.fr reserves the possibility of adapting or modifying these terms and conditions of sale at any time. In the event of a change, the general terms and conditions of sale in effect on the day of the order will be applied to each order.
Article 1 - COMMANDE

The customer's order may be cancelled for any reason, especially if there is a lack of information necessary for delivery.

The client must be of age or have obtained the permission of his legal representative.
Article 2 - PRICE
The prices of our products are shown in euros TTC.
Collectionsbarbier.fr reserves the right to change its prices, but the products will be charged on the basis of the rates in effect at the time of order registration.
Article 3 - VALIDATION
The customer states that he became aware of and accepted these terms and conditions of sale prior to the order.

Article 4 - DEPONSIBILITY

Article 6 - LIVRAISON
The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the ordering process.
The products are delivered by mail delivered with or without a signature depending on the chosen delivery method.
Collectionsbarbier.fr cannot be held responsible for the consequences of a delay in transport.
The time to ship or deliver the products, which is explicitly included in the description sheet of each product, corresponds to the working days.
The deadlines indicated are average deadlines and correspond to shipping times, in addition to the shipping times for products destined for metropolitan France and Monaco.
In any event, these deadlines are given purely as an indication and subject to availability. .
Our service does not guarantee delivery on time. The products are shipped within 48 hours.
Delivery occurs within a generally specified 24-hour period (excluding weekends and holidays) after the order has been validated (except items for which an additional delay is expressly stipulated at the time of order).
Collectionsbarbier.fr cannot be blamed and held responsible for the consequences of any events beyond its control, including cases of force majeure or carrier, which would tend to delay or prevent the delivery of the products ordered.
Temporary or permanent unavailability of products at our suppliers: In the event of permanent unavailability, we undertake to refund the missing items to you, without delay and no later than 30 days.
However, you may be offered replacement items of equivalent quality and price.
In the event of a temporary unavailability, we will inform you of the date on which the product will be available again. You can then maintain your order with these new deadlines or cancel it. In the latter case, we undertake to refund the missing items to you without delay and no later than 30 days.
The delay in delivery or non-performance of the contract cannot in any way result in the payment of damages to the customer or the customer's service providers.
The customer agrees, for himself or for the recipient of the order, to take delivery of the goods to the address he indicated during the order.
At the time of delivery, the customer or the recipient of the products must be able, if requested, to prove his identity.
The customer agrees, after opening and verifying the contents of the parcel or parcels in the presence of the carrier, to sign the delivery receipt presented by the delivery driver.

Through the SSL encryption process, the customer is automatically directed to our bank partner's server. Article 12 - RETRACTATION
In accordance with Article L.121-20 and the following of the Consumer Code, you have 14 working days from the date of delivery of your order, to return any items that do not suit you, in its original packaging and in good condition, specific to its recommercialisation and request the exchange or refund at no cost, except for the return fee.
